Returns & Exchanges

SwypeBox will accept U.S. domestic returns or exchange on new products within 21 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original unused form. All refunds will be credited back to its original payment method. There are no returns or exchange for items listed as “Final Sale”.

Select items — priced $200 or more —  will have refunds that exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs. If you wish to arrange your own shipping method to return items to us, please contact our “Customer Support’ and include your order number confirmation plus the tracking number of the shipped item.

 For orders shipped internationally via our Swype 247 personalized service, all sales are final. Due to international shopping logistics, we may accommodate certain orders for an exchange or refund. Please reach out to one of our team member to come up with a suitable solution.

For gift orders, unfortunately we’re unable to refund or issue a store credit to any gift item. Instead, you have the option to exchange the gifted item for a different one of equal value or pay the difference of a higher priced item.  

To protect our policy, repeated returns and exchange claims may lead to the rejection or closure of your SwypeBox account. We understand you may have concerns to your placed order, so we encourage you to reach out to use with any returns & exchange questions.     


To process a return, go to the Resources page and click on SwypeChat. Enter the email address associated to your order, type in returns, and provide your order number. You will receive an email confirmation with next steps for completing your return or exchange.

Once you receive a return shipping label, pack the item(s) and make sure any parts or accessories included are inside the packaging. If you are reusing the original box, please remove any previous mailing labels before shipping.

If you’re exchanging a gift order, please reach out to customer service via  SwypeChat and we will be happy to assist you.

Once we receive your shipment of returned item(s), it takes 3-10 business days to process the return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted, and refunds will take 4-7 business days to adjust in your card billing account. In addition, your card issuer may have a different processing time to reverse a charge. 

Please note that if you do not see the refund adjustment within  4-7 business days, we recommend you to reach out to your card issuer’s customer banking service for further assistance.

At this time, we only offer exchanges to U.S. domestic shoppers. For international shoppers, please reach out to us and one of our support team member will be happy to assist you.

If you’re not happy with  an item and you wish to exchange, we recommend browsing our store first to select the item(s) you wish to get and place a request inquiry via SwypeChat. To get started, please have your email address and order number ready.
